This place is not Kosher Style. It is real Kosher!The corn beef sandwich was great! The sides of cole slaw and cucumber salad were awesome! Customer service was exceptional!

Had salmon omelet was very good Eggs & beef bacon which was different tasted like corned beef fried like bacon Coffee Good service. Brisket, chopped liver, pastrami the only thing missing is Montreal Schwartz’s smoked meat. Great half sour pickles, cole slaw it’s all there even black cherry soda. This is a traditional New York style deli and it’s really well done. Service is good and fast. It’s all good. Best tuna in town. Been visiting this deli for 25 years and always happy with food, Oh and the pickles even better.

Fantastic as always. Nothing better on a beautiful January day that walking the lake and going to Abe's for a bagel with lox and cream cheese.

The food at Abe's is the best in the city, especially for lunch. Everything I've ever had here is amazing.

Breakfast was awesome they have an assortment of delicious dishes I had the grilled vegetable omelette came with a side of potatoes and Toast. The service was very fast and very personable the waitress was fantastic. It is definitely my favorite place. Shalom

A Scranton staple for as long as I can remember. Just a great "old town" feel there. Food is simply amazing comfort food

Good food, atmosphere and service. Like all great breakfast/lunch places in downtown Scranton you'd wish it was open more hours. Portions are very good, but be careful with a big order. All food is totally kosher, but a waitress kindly helped us out with our order. My favorite? Lox bagel sandwich of course. The cream cheese omelet is pretty awesome too. And the sweets at the register to go. Make room for a big brunch is my advice. It's all street parking, but on Sundays at late brunch it's always been pretty easy to find a space on the block.

Just an outstanding experience every single time. Pastrami on rye is on-point, and the incredibly friendly wait staff only makes the joint even more comfortable to be at.

We each got the 10 oz NY style Pastrami and Corned Beef sandwich. OMFG it is beyond delicious. They must make the meats on site as they are incredibly fresh. The pickles are also amazingly tasty and definitely made inhouse. Get a jam cookie for dessert, they literally melt in your mouth.

My favorite lunch spot in Scranton, with the best Reuben I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great service, tasty food and vegan options. Mom loves her potato pancakes, and the vegan falafel salad was really delicious with right amount of tahini dressing, and tasty lentils and quinoa

Delicious food! The ruebens are outstanding. They have the best tuna salad I have ever tasted. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Just a great place to at in downtown Scranton.

The prices are a little high but the service is good and it's the only place in all of Scranton were you can get a kosher cornbeef , pastrami or pickeled tongue sandwich on rye as that goes they absolutely rock it so eat up and enjoy the delicacies of a genuine New York style deli and don't forget to tell Jerry extra half sour pickles (try em there awesome)

Great food and service. Would reccomend to all. I go mainly for breakfast. The varity is broad and good. As is lunch. Jerry runs a wonderful eatery. Go.

Best $3 Breakfast

Great sandwiches and im told serves a great breakfast.

A bit expensive and not what I was expecting. Pastrami was good but even their double meat sandwich at $16 was a bit on the skimpy side. Cold Cut style thin sliced pastrami instead of knife sliced and just not as flavorful as other Jewish deli's. No compassion to New York Jewish Deli's.

Great service, atmosphere and food!

One of my favorite stops when I am in Scranton. It is a small gem it reminds me of Katz's in NYC a Kosher Deli with many tasty choices. My friend when he comes from Philly asks about going there because he loves it so much. The kanish and pastrami sandwich is delicious. Definitely check them out and you will not be sorry. They even cater and you can put in an order for your house etc. They have to go and eat in. They make everything right there and have fresh ingredients meats, cookies, etc. When you try it you will not be sorry. Also they have a breakfast that is really cheap but delicious from 7-9.

Its just awesome. Had Cow tongue yesterday, reminded me of London. Food here is just simply grt.

Pastrami Reuben is awesome

I ordered 2 rueben classics on Friday thru door dash. Cost me like 33.00. Ordered the 6oz. Got like 3 slices of corned beef on white bread. I don’t mind the price if it is at least worth it. Always loved the sandwiches but will never order again. Very disappointed.
